All diamonds within your Anais Rose piece are carefully sourced from a number of suppliers who abide by the Kimberley process… ensuring your diamonds are conflict free & of the highest possible grade.
Diamonds within your chosen piece are hand selected by graduate Gemologists with a minimum colour grading of F (Colourless), Slightly Included Clarity & Ideal Cut. Take a look at our detailed diamond section for more information.
All our deliveries within the UK and Channel Islands are free of charge, and our expert courier service will ensure your jewellery reaches you as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic identification is required. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
If you prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security.
You can expect to receive your item within 5 working days, unless it is an engagement ring or diamond ring as these pieces are custom-made to order. You can expect to receive your custom-made order between 1-3 weeks (Should you need your piece by a specific date please contact us on +44 (0) 20 7242 2992 or email London@anaisrose.com to arrange).
We are confident you will love your Anais Rose jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge).
Please call us on +44 (0) 20 7242 2992, stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Anais Rose box. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on engagement rings & diamond rings as each piece is custom-made upon order.
For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes the refund.
