I approached Sam with only 16 days before flying out to Mexico and not only did she find the perfect stone and custom made setting, Sam had to cope with me changing my mind every 2 days. In searching for a perfect ring, I needed the perfect designer and partner who understood and most importantly listened to me and what I wanted. I did not want to be ‘sold to’ at any stage or told what I needed.

"Sam created the most perfect engagement and wedding ring set. My other half proposed with a 'holder' ring which contained a small diamond. I knew I wanted to put the diamond from that in his wedding band but she also suggested that instead of just 'losing' the remainder of the ring, that instead we melt it into my new engagement ring! Ideas like this made the whole experience so personal - it was great to have her through the process, especially when the fit wasn't quite right. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband Danny & I first met Sam back in Dec 2013 when we decided to get engaged, We went to Hatton Garden to window shop & get ideas of what we would like?
Danny & I went into this big shop area that had all individual stands in for independent businesses.
Straight away we was drawn towards Sam & her area as she was very welcoming with not being over powering for a sale.
Once we got into discussion with Sam & explained our wishes she explained how she was able to design our dream ring for our given budget.
The tray off diamonds were so interesting with learning about the clarity , size & cost, once the diamond was picked Sam explained how she would design with drawings & be in touch with us until we all agreed on THE RING!!!!
We was absolutely blown away by the bespoke service Sam gave & so much so that Sam went on over the years to design our bespoke wedding rings, mine having Pink Sapphires because my love of the colour pink !
Sam also using some of the left over diamonds & Sapphires she had ordered in when designing my wedding rings into three bands one for each of my daughters & one for me so we could wear matching rings when we were apart.
Danny also asked Sam to design a bespoke eternity ring, which was a lovely surprise after our son was born. This completed such a beautiful set of rings that gets daily compliments & I’m always proud to explain how our relationship with Sam over the years in Hatton Garden had materialised.
The relationship with Sam is a life time of friendship as every time I look & smile at my precious rings they remind me of how lucky we was to find Sam in amongst all the businesses in Hatton Garden.

"I cannot recommend Sam enough. She has an amazing eye for jewellery, clearly understands her customer and adapt her suggestions to their styles. She is incredibly patient and positive, loving and fun to work with. A wedding band is a big investment both financial and emotional, and I really struggled to find the perfect one as my engagement ring is quite original. Sam had great suggestions from the get go, she knew what would work and what would suit me. We had a lot of back and forth with sketches even before I paid nor guaranteed working with her. When I got a bit lost and didn’t know what to do anymore she was only understanding and patient and told me it was okay and not a problem if we were not working together in the end. I first met Samantha in April 2024 after speaking with a few other jewellers in Hatton Garden, and from our very first meeting I knew she was the right person to create my engagement ring. She guided me through the whole process with such care, helping me design a completely bespoke piece. Even after the proposal, resizing the ring was made effortless. "After having consultations with many different Hatton garden jewellers, Ian and I were lucky enough to find Sam. With quite a precise design in mind, we were struggling to find a jeweller who was willing to listen and design the engagement ring we had envisioned.

At the time I didn't know if I wanted a diamond, white sapphire or aquamarine. She listened to my needs and wants, came prepared with an array of stones so I was equipped to make the best choice, worked to our budget and we never felt pressured or up sold."

After settling on a diamond, she sourced the most amazing oval diamond and created the beautifully intricate design, exactly as I had envisioned. We were led by her each step of the way, never feeling out of our depth and knowing exactly what our design would look like with detailed cad designs.

We also had a very short deadline before our wedding was to take place and Sam managed to provide both my wedding ring (also amazingly beautiful) and my engagement ring on time and to the highest quality.

"We have always used Sam for jewellery but the level of service and attention to detail that went into the bespoke engagement ring, I have never experienced before. With a very vague ‘brief’ from my fiancé to-be it was a challenge. Sam was there to guide me through the 4 C’s, all the options for my budget and was extremely patient when there were a couple of complete changes of direction. At every stage from concept design, sourcing the highest quality stone, CAD design through to the final piece of art Sam managed the smooth transition. I was extremely happy with the final outcome and I don’t think I will ever see that look on my fiancées face again when I popped the question….. ok, maybe when we have children! Once we had set the date we went back to Sam and had our wedding bands designed with further detail going into my fiancé’s band to compliment the shape required to sit perfectly with the engagement ring. This finished off what could have been a very painful experience, making it an absolute delight. We are both so happy with the finished products.
